For contractors
Buy the calls, not the leads.
A lead form is a name in a queue that four other companies are also dialing. A call is a homeowner with water on the floor, on the line, right now. Local Ad Lab generates the second kind and sells each one to a single company in the area it came from.
Who this is for
Restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pest companies that can answer a live line during the hours they choose and send a crew to an emergency. A one-truck operation qualifies. A multi-market franchise qualifies. A voicemail box does not.

How pricing works
Price is per qualified call, set per trade and territory, and written into the purchase agreement before the first call routes. A qualified call is one that connects to your line and lasts past the duration threshold in that agreement. Calls that fall short, wrong numbers, solicitors and out-of-area callers are not billed — the recording is the evidence, and the dispute window is in the agreement too. The first batch is funded before routing begins; after that you buy the next batch, or stop.
What happens after you email
- 01
You tell us your company, the trades you handle, your service area and the hours you can answer a live line.
- 02
We reply with current availability for your territory and a per-call price.
- 03
You sign a short purchase agreement and fund the first batch.
- 04
We route your territory to your line and send the call log and recording for every call.
- 05
You review the batch, dispute anything that should not have billed, and decide on the next one.
Straight answers
- Do you share calls?
- No. One call, one buyer. It is not resold after you answer.
- Are you a lead-generation company?
- We generate calls, not leads. No forms, no names in a queue, no callbacks. The homeowner dials and you answer.
- Do you do the work?
- No. Local Ad Lab is a marketing and call-connection service. We are not a contractor or an insurer and we never present ourselves as one to the caller.
- What does the caller hear?
- A recorded-call notice, then ringing. The name on the line is one of our brands, for example FloodDamageLine. Once you answer, the call is yours.
- Can I pause or change my hours?
- Yes. Hours, territory and daily caps are set on your line in Ringba and changed on request.
- What if the call was a wrong number?
- It is not billed. Every call is recorded after the disclosure; if the recording shows a wrong number, a solicitor or an out-of-area caller, it comes off the invoice.
- Which trades, and where?
- Water-damage restoration today. HVAC and roofing next, then fire, mold, plumbing, electrical and pest. Territory availability changes as buyers come on, so ask for your area.
To get started, email us with your company name, the trades you handle, your service area, and the hours you can answer a live line. We will reply with current availability for your territory.
